Home to Nelsons Column and The National Gallery, Trafalgar Square in central London is a public square that has been a significant landmark since the 13thcentury. It is thought of as a meeting place between east and west of the capital city and as a result Trafalgar Square has played witness to numerous community gatherings, cultural events, sporting events and public celebrations.
For over 20 years Imaginators have developed the expertise and experience to become the recognised supplier to the Greater London Authority of event branding during which time we have provided a diverse mix of event branding for both small and large scale events including London Olympics, The Rugby World Cup, UEFA European Championships, high profile music festivals, London Pride and iconic cultural weekends such as St. Georges Day and St. Patricks Day.

Working with event producers and event agencies, our in-house installation crews are familiar with all aspects of the square including security, traffic management, road closures, vehicle access, loadings and health and safety. Our vehicles are ULEZ approved.
Additionally, as an approved supplier to the Mayor of London and the Greater London Authority we understand the importance of adhering to the strict environmental guidelines of using recyclable materials and removing all branded items post-event for recycling or storage at our facilities for future re-use.
