We often work with polystyrene to provide a unique finish to any display graphic for event, exhibition and retail. Props for film and television are also ideal applications for this creative method of adding depth.

High density expanded polystyrene is lightweight yet durable, cut with precision and treated with a fire retardant additive.

Polystyrene can be finished off in natural white, painted to match a RAL/PMS colour or faced with materials such as foamex or medium density fibreboard. Natural bright white polystyrene letters provide a huge impact.

Some commonly used thicknesses include 40mm, 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm.
