When seeking a new printer for the growing needs of the business, it was essential the new machine met a variety of demanding performance criteria. Productivity was paramount but versatility, sustainability, and reliability was also important.
Alongside the quality and flexibility of the HP Latex 800W, its efficient running costs and sustainability benefits were an important factor in Imaginators decision. Certified to consume only 1.8-2.8Kw, less than a household kettle which consumes on average between 2 and 3 Kw.
Additionally, with an extensive selection criteria, the HP Latex 800W clearly demonstrated to Imaginators production team the machines flexibility and quality with its 7 colour channels, 1200 dpi output resolution, environmentally friendly yet durable inks and the whitest of white opaque white ink. This industrial press features high capacity 3-litre ‘Eco-Carton’ ink cartridges with bulk feed – a carton-based design which significantly reduces plastic waste. The water based, odourless latex inks are also certified to the Greenguard Gold standard and contain no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) or Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs)
