02 Mar Antalis Awards 2023 – Imaginators Special Sustainable Prize nomination

The Antalis Interior Design Awards, established in 2017, were held in Paris for 2023 and are a celebration of the use of visual media in interior design projects from around the world.

Imaginators were honoured to have again been nominated for the 2023 Antalis Interior Design Awards for both the ‘Special Sustainable Prize’ and ‘Special Window Film Prize’ for the BBC Green Planet project in London.

Imaginators, selected by the client as the preferred supplier for our progressive environmental credentials were tasked with providing a diverse range of printed branded solutions all of which needed to be environmentally friendly and have no PVC content. In addition to Project Management, all branded items, both interior and exterior were installed by Imaginators in-house team and included window graphics and complex window manifestations, floor graphics, printed timber signage and set walls.

All materials used in the construction of this experience will be reused or recycled after the event to promote circularity. From graphics made using non-PVC materials, bamboo props, FSC approved pine wood, recycled steel, to paper rope, sustainable principles were considered at every level of construction and operation.

Interior designers, architects, printers, brand owners and design colleges were invited to submit their best projects that use at least one product from the Antalis visual communication range of materials.

For the third edition, the 2023 awards attracted 411 projects from 12 European countries. It was an incredible achievement for Imaginators to be globally recognised again within these awards – especially for the Special Sustainable Prize.

An Antalis Interior Design Award Judge commented on the BBC Green World Project “When creativity aligns with sustainability, it is the beginning of wonderful and smart design stories that have positive impact.”
